My Story

After years of transforming businesses from within, I now focus on helping business owners across industries find relief from the overwhelm of managing operations on their own.

Born in Connecticut and having lived in the West and Southwest, I eventually settled in Derry, NH, where I’ve built my career. My journey began in film production, working on sets like True Grit and The Avengers, where I learned to manage high-pressure environments and think on my feet. I later transitioned to managing a successful packing and shipping retail store, where I developed a passion for team management, exceptional customer experiences, and streamlining daily operations.

That passion ultimately led to my role as Director of Operations for a company generating millions of dollars in revenue, where I scaled operations, automated department workflows, and built high-performing teams to drive rapid growth.
